24-Hour Session – $1,560 (Save 10% – Only $1,404)
We provide a customized estimate based on the space and the work required. Your estimate will include the number of hours needed to complete your project, tailored to your specific needs.
Special Notes
Session Lengths: Sessions are typically broken up into 4-hour or 6-hour increments to ensure the best use of time based on the project size and scope.
Discounts for Larger Sessions: Discounts are available for sessions totaling 16 hours or
more:
- 5% off for 16-hour sessions
- 10% off for 24-hour sessions and above
Additional Organizers: For larger projects, additional organizers may be needed to assist. The rate for each additional organizer is $60/hour.
Mileage Fee: A mileage fee of $0.45/km (both ways) applies for locations over 30 minutes from Red Deer.
Deposit: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
Payment Options: We accept cash, e-transfer, or credit card (3% convenience fee charge for using this method) for payment.

How long will it take to organize my space?
The time it takes to organize your space depends on factors like the size of the area, the volume of items to sort, and how quickly decisions are made. After our consultation call, we will provide you with an estimated timeframe based on your specific needs.
Here’s a rough guideline based on previous projects:
- Master Closet: 12-16 hours
- Kitchen & Pantry: 16 hours
- Office (including ling system): 6-24 hours (depending on paperwork volume)
- Garage/Basement: 12-16 hours
- Bathroom: 2-6 hours
- Playroom: 6-8 hours
- Mudroom: 6 hours
- Commercial Office Space: 12-40 hours (depending on the size and level of organization required)
Every project is unique, and your estimate may vary. After our consultation, we’ll provide you with a personalized timeframe to ensure we meet your goals!
How much can I expect to pay for session supplies?
At Precision Professional Organizing, we understand that organizing often requires supplies to help maintain your new system. The cost of supplies will depend on the type of organization system needed for your space, such as bins, baskets, shelving units, or labels.
We offer two options for sourcing supplies:
- We source and purchase supplies for you: If you prefer, we can handle the selection and purchase of the necessary supplies for your organizing project. We will always keep your budget and preferences in mind and discuss any supply costs with you beforehand.
- You can purchase supplies yourself: If you’d prefer to shop for your own supplies, we can provide a list of recommendations and guide you through the process. We’ll help you choose the best options for your space, ensuring they align with your organizational goals.
In either case, we’ll make sure you’re aware of the costs upfront and ensure everything aligns with your needs and budget.
Do I have to throw out my belongings?
No! A Professional Organizer will work with you to determine which items you love, cherish and wish to keep and those you no longer want or use. This process is conducted in a supportive and compassionate way so the client will not feel pressured into getting rid of anything near and dear to them.
What can I expect during a consultation call?
During your consultation call with Precision Professional Organizing, we’ll take the time to understand your needs, goals, and challenges when it comes to organizing your space. Whether you choose a phone call or a video call, here’s what you can expect:
- Phone Call Consultation:
-You’ll have the chance to explain the areas you’re looking to organize and any specific concerns you have.
-We’ll discuss your goals, timeline, and the kind of support you need.
-After the call, you’ll be asked to send a few photos of the space you’d like organized. This will help us provide a more accurate estimate for the project. - Video Call Consultation:
-We’ll connect via video to talk about your project in real time.
-You can show us the space on camera, and we can offer instant feedback and ideas.
-After the call, you can send any additional photos to help us make the estimate.
During the call, we’ll also discuss your budget and any specific supply needs, and we’ll outline how we can move forward with your project. After the call, you’ll receive an estimated timeframe for the work and a customized plan for your organizing session.
